I'm in the market for a turd polisher please 🙏🏽
Excellent review! Still on the edge of buying and this really helped.
Please tell me, do you have such a problem with SSL FUSION? I have this problem too, if that is the problem?! And I have a little more noise in the right channel when the DRIVE knob is removed! I urgently need to find out, because my SSL FUSION is still under warranty! zTUa7cA55Ao&t=1s zTUa7cA55Ao&t=1s
@ xSWluTNOhiM&t=5m35s 5:35 lol leep turning that x-over buddy. That knob doesn't do anything when you've got the threshold turned all the way down. Threshold isn't a boost or cut and if you would actually use your ears you would have noticed. Some expert
Soumds better in bypass
Over reacting ..it sound like shit ..I'm sure behringer can do more then that piss of shot
pensando solo norman , música let’s support new artists from Paraguay......
Well done man! Hey was wondering - I know they’re different things but would you go for a Manley Variable Mu with T Bar or a SSL Fusion?
2000 € made in China...
Rubish! . Thanks for the review
Try the Fusion from your studio with your music - we can connect you to a robotically controlled SSL Fusion in the cloud via our Analog Matrix plugin accessanalog.com/ accessanalog.com
I thought it sounded fine before the processing til you A&B it then WOWWW! Im glad I just bought this thing.
I have been running some older tracks that I’ve done and I can honestly tell you that they are not the same. The SSL fusion is just priceless!! Huge sounding tracks, with the polish you’ve been searching for!! Trust me 🤓 get it.
not convinced and if your going to review a device one of the most important things is what goes on at the rear ie connectors.
Just bought this piece and i must say im dissapointed...bought this mainly for master bus but soon as i turn on the drive i get like 0.4 db louder signal on the right channel. After adding just a little bit of stereo image signal drifts 0.6 db louder to right channel. This is way too much and unaccaptable for mastering. There is no way around it no matter what i do. First i thought the unit is damaged but guys from SSL explained me that this is kind of normal...
when I put a vintage drive or input more there is hiss noise. Does it happen to other users?
Wow! You have the combo I am thinking of getting.... Neve 8816 + SSL Fusion! :-) Im researching deep on this before opening my wallet... One really really important question for me... How do you compare the width between the fusion and the 8816 ?
totally usefull
I own one. Not that impressed with it.
