* After seeing this video Behringer repaired it at no cost to me. I have 2 Behringer X32 Rack units. The one in the bottom keeps having this problem. I paid to ship it to Behringer who told me they cannot duplicate the problem and they sent it back to me 2/15/2016. The next day we used it for rehearsal and the problem showed up 3 times in 4 hours. I was able to record video of it happening twice. The sound acts like feedback in that it seems to ramp up to max out the meter, stay that way for about 30 seconds (I have not timed it), and then ramps back down and goes away completely. The sound comes out the LR sends. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for when it happens. We have separate scenes saved for each venue we play and it happens no matter which scene is loaded. When I use the exact same scene file on the top unit this never happens. I updated the firmware on both units to 2.14 trying to solve this problem. I am a big fan of the Behringer X32, but not this one on the bottom. Lol Good thing I bought two of them. At a gig we get by with one X32 Rack if I use the aux inputs on 4 of the instruments. We use 20 channels total. I am posting the second video I captured when it happened the same night. Enroll in X32 Mastery - 🤍 How to EQ Your Room with the X32 - 🤍 Read the Blog Post - 🤍 Description When you get EQ right, the end result is amazing. You no longer have problems with feedback and you can run your sound at a higher volume without irritating people’s ears. Actually, when someone says that the sound is too loud, it is generally just one part of the frequency spectrum that is too loud, not the overall sound. By using the tools in this video, you will be able to analyze sound, find bothersome frequencies, and cut them so they fit with the rest of the sound spectrum.
