I personally would reserve this comment for the Stock Gen 1s or the declining QC that may be found in some Gen 2s. The HK Cocking Tube Saga has come to an end. Unbeknownst to me, the real HK Charging Support Tube was not a drop-in fit for my VFC MP5 GBB SMG….well until I attempted to install it! So with some slight modifications to the upper and some extremely light filing of the support tube itself, it was able to work. I didn’t intend to modify the HK part but there you go.
